About Me
Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in public relations. Just kidding. I actually wanted to be a bunny farmer for a while. I wish I could go back in time and ask my four year old self what that meant, but I imagine it involves breeding bunnies, not killing them.
And now bunnies scare me. Oh, how times change.
In all seriousness, I love public relations and could not imagine pursuing a different career. I think that a career in public relations gives me the best chance of having an impact on a community. My biggest passion in life is music. Through public relations, my ultimate goal is to strengthen a community's relationship with musical organizations.
As a recent college graduate, I am looking for a way to start on a path toward a rewarding career. I have strong writing, editing, social media and critical thinking skills. I think my combination of these skills and my passion for hard work will help guide me through a successful career. I am open to any opportunities that will enhance my public relations knowledge and experience and I am ready to get to work!

Running with my iPod is one of my favorite things to do, rain or shine.
I have played the cello since I was 10 years old and I can't imagine life without it.
My favorite Disney movie is Lion King.
My favorite composer is Tchaikovsky, because everthing he writes sounds epic.
My favorite sport to play and watch on TV is tennis. I plan to play until I'm too old to walk.
Hurricane Andrew struck on the eve of my 3rd birthday, while I lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I'm not sure if that experience is why, but I have been fascinated by natural disasters for as long as I can remember.
My favorite movie is Batman Begins, which has my three favorite actors: Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Christian Bale.
